Sancus Capital is an independent investment management firm focused on the creation and management of investment platforms mainly in real estate, renewable energy, and venture capital with over US$2,500M AUM in Europe and Latin America. In real estate, Sancus’ team participated in the creation of RLH Properties, listed company focused on the development and acquisition of luxury hotels in Spain and Mexico with over US$1,000M of market cap. Additionally, Sancus manages and investment vehicle that owns and develops Ciudad Mayakoba, a sustainable master planned community with over 15,000 residential units along with top-of-the-line infrastructure, services, and amenities. In renewable energy, the team has invested over US$800M in solar and wind energy projects in Mexico with over 500MV in operation. Additionally, Sancus recently raised a new vehicle with over EUR 120M to invest in green energy projects in Europe.
